Overnight Steel-Cut Oatmeal:
Ingredients:
3/4 cups steel-cut oatsInstructions:
3 cups water
In a 1 1/2 to 3 quart slow cooker, combine oats and water.Cold Morning? Vanquished.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8-9 hours (overnight)
Stir well and scoop into serving bowls.
Serve with milk, sugar, raisins, cinnamon, apple butter, pumpkin butter, or anything else that trips your fancy.
